About FieldCore

A small training desk for traders who want volume and participation literacy, not another indicator pack.

Origin

FieldCore Training began as evening chart clinics for Manchester traders who kept asking the same question: why did this breakout fail when the candle looked strong? The answer almost always sat in the volume and in who was still present after the first push. Those clinics became a structured curriculum on volume analysis and market participation clues.

Mission

We teach traders to describe participation honestly — thin, sponsored, absorbing, exhausting — and to write that language into their journals before they size a trade. We serve active participants in UK and European markets who already take risk and want cleaner reads of the tape.

Working approach

Sessions stay small. Charts come from the room, not from canned slide decks alone. Tutors challenge convenient narratives. We favour chalk-and-screen work: mark the bar, name the participation, decide what would falsify the read.

People

Our tutors trade personally and teach part-time. They are not celebrity strategists and do not publish daily calls. Credentials that matter here are years of reviewing student journals and a habit of saying “I don’t know” when the volume is ambiguous.

Values

  • Evidence on the chart before storytelling
  • Education only — never discretionary management of client accounts
  • Respect for UK regulatory boundaries around advice
  • Honest pacing: four weeks of intensive work beats a weekend of slogans

Community

Graduates sometimes return for clinics when a new instrument confuses their checklist. We host occasional open evenings in Manchester for alumni to compare participation notes — no sales pitch, just chart talk.
