Data we collect
- Enquiry form fields: name, email, session interest, message content
- Enrolment and invoicing details you supply by email
- Technical logs needed to operate the site (IP address, browser type) when essential for security
- Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them (see Cookies)
We do not ask for broker passwords, payment card numbers on this site, or special-category data.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests in operating a training studio, and contract steps where you request a booking
- Delivering paid sessions and issuing invoices — performance of a contract
- Keeping limited records for accounting and dispute handling — legal obligation and legitimate interests
- Improving page usefulness via analytics — consent, when given
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 18 months unless a booking follows. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting needs. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Children
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
