Refunds & cancellations
How deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows work for our training sessions.
Eligibility overview
Refunds apply to training fees for sessions you booked with FieldCore Training. This policy does not cover trading losses or third-party charting subscriptions.
Timeframes
- Cooling-off for distance bookings: if you book remotely as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of the contract unless the session has started with your agreement to begin during that period.
- Cohort deposits: refundable in full if we cancel the cohort or if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the first session.
- Within 14 days of start: deposit is retained; remaining prepaid tuition may be partly credited toward a later cohort at our discretion.
- After sessions begin: fees for completed teaching hours are non-refundable; unused future weeks may receive a partial credit if you withdraw for documented medical reasons.
Mentorship
Eight-week mentorship deposits follow the same 14-day rule. After the first call, refunds are calculated on unused scheduled weeks minus preparation already completed. Rescheduling a single call with 48 hours’ notice is free once per engagement.
Private Chart Clinics
Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or free move. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new slot at your choice.
Non-refundable items
- Printed workbooks already produced for a named participant after the materials cut-off (usually seven days before start)
- Third-party venue costs when a private on-site clinic was arranged at your request
- Administrative card or bank fees already incurred on a completed refund (we refund the session fee itself)
Process
Email hello@system-fieldcore.click with your name, session, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days and process approved refunds within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible.
Work already started
Once live teaching has begun for a given week, that week’s fee is earned. Materials already issued remain yours for personal study under our terms; they are not “returned” for cash.
