Educational nature

All content and sessions are for education and discussion only. Nothing on this site or in our classrooms constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to deal in securities. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and regulatory obligations.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, annotated examples, curriculum outlines, and site copy belong to FieldCore Training or its licensors. You may keep materials provided to you as a paying participant for personal study. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish them without written consent.

Bookings and conduct

Places are confirmed when we accept your enquiry and deposit terms in writing. We expect professional conduct in sessions; we may remove a participant who disrupts learning, with fees handled under our refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, FieldCore Training is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of our educational materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules and descriptions current but may correct errors and update session details. Informational prices are guides until confirmed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in Great Britain.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
